II. DESIGN CONCEPT AND ARCHITECTURAL STYLE

Core Concept: "Monolithic Sanctuary"

Philosophy: "Less is More," prioritizing pure forms and eliminating unnecessary details. The building is intended as a private sanctuary, separate from the urban bustle. Architectural language defined by sharp geometric lines, a refined monochromatic palette, and the interplay of solid and void.

III. FLOOR PLAN FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

1. Ground Floor (Living & Social Space)

"Great Room" open-plan structure to optimize 100m² area. Integrates reception, living room, and dining area, directly connected to a high-end kitchen. Central skylight (void) for light regulation and ventilation.

2. First Floor (Private Space)

Dedicated to rest. Master Suite with a deep balcony acting as a buffer against noise and heat. Secondary bedroom at the rear, connected via a light corridor next to the skylight.
